Vacancy Details: Health Volunteer – Medical Attendant (5 Posts)
To strengthen its nursing department, CCBRT is seeking dynamic and experienced Medical Attendants (Health Volunteers) to provide assistance to clinicians in designated areas such as Outpatient Department (OPD), Inpatient Department (IPD), or Operating Theatre Department (OTD).

Role Responsibilities
As a Medical Attendant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring all working tools are in place and in good working condition.
- Directing patients and relatives appropriately.
- Assisting in the preparation of patients before they see the doctor or enter the consulting room/theatre.
- Communicating effectively with doctors and other staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assisting in controlling patient flow in the clinical area.
- Transporting patients, equipment, and supplies between units.
- Verifying specimens and transporting them to the laboratory.
- Maintaining a clean, quiet, calm, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Conducting weekly and monthly cleaning as scheduled.

Candidate Requirements
- Form 4 certificate plus one year of basic nursing training from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience.
- Computer literacy.
- Good communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Flexibility and ability to multitask.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
