Role Overview

The Head of the Real Estate Department (HOD) will lead Atara’s real estate division, driving property acquisition, development, and management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee real estate agency operations and property management services.
• Conduct market analysis and identify investment opportunities.
• Manage property acquisition, development oversight, and tenant relations.
• Monitor projects from feasibility to completion.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on expansion milestones.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property and Facilities Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate management and development.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proven track record in property acquisition and ROI delivery.
• Knowledge of the Tanzanian real estate market is essential
• Fluency in English
