URGENT VACANCY – FUEL STATION MANAGER
We are urgently looking for an experienced and highly responsible Fuel Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fuel station.

Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the fuel station.
- Monitor fuel sales, stock levels, cash collections, and daily financial records.
- Maintain accurate accounts and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Supervise station staff and ensure discipline, productivity, and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase fuel and other station sales.
- Monitor expenses, revenues, and overall station profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Handle customers and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Monitor fuel deliveries, inventory, and minimize losses or discrepancies.
Requirements
- Age: 35 years and above.
- Proven experience managing a fuel station or petrol station.
- Strong knowledge of accounts, cash management, and financial reporting.
- Experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the fuel or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Honest, reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of fuel station operations, stock control, and loss prevention.
- Computer literacy and ability to use accounting systems will be an advantage.
