Role Overview 

The FTTX Projects Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, andsuccessful delivery of fiber optic network projects, including FTTH, FTTB, and FTTC. This rolefocuses on ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in line withqualitystandards, while maintaining strong coordination with internal teams, contractors, andclients. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Plan, schedule, and execute fiber optic projects (FTTX / FTTH)
• Lead and supervise contractors, vendors, and field teams; ensure quality, safety, andcompliance
• Be key liaison between the company and customer and ensure reports are sent ontimewith accuracy.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and KPIs; report to senior management
• Identify risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies
• Liaise with stakeholders: internal teams, clients, vendors, local authorities
• Ensure deliverable s conform to technical and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Skills 

• Management Experience: At least 5 years of hands on experience in fiber includingsplicing and testing, of which a minimum of 2 years must be in a managerial orsupervisory role.
• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of fiber splicing, testing, and network deployment
• Leadership ability: Proven experience managing teams, contractors, and field operations
• Communication & problem solving: Excellent verbal and written communication; ableto handle challenges proactively
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical / Civil Engineering, orequivalent.
