Minimum qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience required: 3+ years in telecom network project management.
• Expertise: Fiber network deployment and project leadership.

Core responsibilities

Project planning and execution

• Lead end-to-end fiber network deployment projects including FTTH, FTTx, backbone, and metro fiber.

Team and vendor coordination

• Manage internal teams (design, construction, QA/QC, documentation).
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality standards.

Budget and reporting

• Prepare project budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Track project KPIs including cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management.

Compliance and documentation

• Ensure all projects comply with company policies, industry standards (e.g., ITU-T, IEEE), and regulatory guidelines (e.g., TCRA).
• Manage project documentation, including BOQs, as-built drawings, test results, and permits.

Risk and issue management

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Handle project escalations and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
