• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s safaries and therefore revenues.
• Expanding the existing sales platforms.
• Reporting to the head office in London and Zanzibar.
• Performing other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirement and skills

• Successful privious experience as a safari sales manager with a minimum of 5years previuos experience in a managerial role.
• The ability to consistentily meet or exceed safari sales target.
• Proven ability to drive the sales in the mind to high end range.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Good English proficiency.
• Familiar with all safari sales booking pratforms and other potential sales platforms.
