Experienced Safari Sales & Marketing Manager at Safari By Z

ArushaSafari by Z, part of the Z Group of companies, are looking for a high-performing senior safari sales & marketing manager. Responsible for Safari by Z sales team, helping them increase sales and safari profit margins. Based in our Arusha, Tanzania office.

We are looking applications from South African nationals or residents who are willing to relocate to Tanzania for this opportunity

Responsibilities

Manage a team of safarisales consultants, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and support throughout each sale.
Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently
Meet or exceed salestargets and goals
Expanding the existing salesplatform
Reporting to the head offices in London & Zanzibar

Requirements and skills

Successful previous experience as a safarisales manager, with a minimum 5 years previous experience in a management role
Proven ability to convert sales enquiries in the mid to high end range
Team player with good communication skills
Good written and spoken English, including excellent grammar and punctuation
Familiar with all safarisales booking platforms and other potential sales platforms
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Must hold a bachelor degree and above of the related field for the mentioned post
