Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell and promote Letshego Faidika Bank’s products and services to potential customers.

• Identify new market opportunities and generate potential customer leads.

• Provide clear information to clients regarding product features, terms, and conditions.

• Assist customers through the application process and ensure accurate documentation.

• Meet and exceed set monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.

• Prior experience in direct sales, marketing, or financial services is an added advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a field sales environment.

• High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and self-discipline.

• Must be resident in or willing to work in Mbeya, Iringa, or Arusha.
