Position: Debt Collectors (Men Only) – 3 Positions

Job Description

We are looking for three (3) committed and results-oriented male Debt Collectors to join our team.

The successful candidates will be responsible for following up on overdue accounts and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue payments via phone calls and field visits.
• Follow up and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Recover outstanding debts in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
• Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
• Work closely with the finance and credit teams.

Qualifications

• Male applicants only.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Previous experience in debt collection or customer service is an added advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Honest, disciplined, and result-driven.
• Fluent in Kiswahili (English is an added advantage).
