Position: Customer Accounts Manager

The Management of Tanzania Portland Cement Public Limited Company is inviting
applications from ambitious, energetic and performance-driven individuals to fill in the
below position.

Position: Customer Accounts Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years working experience in manufacturing /Cement or equivalent.
3. Must be fluent in speaking and writing both Swahili and English language
4. Proficiency in Computer skills including Ms Office Applications.
5. Proven track record in sales and marketing positions of a minimum of 5 years.

Specific Knowledge:

Performance driven, Knowledge of cement manufacturing processes, Good Computer Skills,
Analytical skills, Communication Skills (English), Leadership, Innovative and Cost
consciousness,

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for searching new markets and following up on the existing customers
2. Follow up on the irregularities in the markets as well as customer complaints
3. Provide weekly visit reports and marketing intelligence
4. Timely delivery of customer statements and collection of payment /trade receivables
ensuring stipulated credit limits are attained as per company credit policy
5. Train all stakeholders on cement applications and interact with relevant bodies
6. Ensure OSHA compliance as per company and statutory requirements
7. Compliance with the HC Group Code of Business Conduct, Compliance and Policies
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
