About the Role
Coshve Finance is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Credit Administration Officer to oversee loan documentation, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain smooth credit administration operations in Dar es Salaam.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.

Professional Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in loan operations or credit administration within banking or microfinance.

Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Bank of Tanzania (BOT) regulations, loan documentation workflows, and disbursement procedures.

File Review & Compliance: Capability to audit and verify loan files, ensuring complete alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Loan Management Systems, along with proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

Core Competencies: High level of integrity, meticulous record-keeping, confidentiality, strong communication, and collaborative teamwork.
