Taifa Gas Tanzania Limited (TAIFA GAS) started as Mihan Gas Company Limited (MIHAN GAS). The company was incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania in 2005 with certificate of incorporation number 52508, as a limited company under the Companies Ordinance (Cap 212), The Company spent two years in its initial business startup investment in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and eventually commenced business in 2008. In 2017, the company was acquired by new shareholders and subsequently, in 2019, the company name changed from Mihan Gas Company Limited to Taifa Gas Company Limited to reflect company’s new Vision and Mission. Taifa Gas Tanzania Limited operates under Taifa Gas and Mihan Gas brands as observed through its LPG cylinders and other related equipment.

Taifa Gas has other 20 operating depots in Mwanza, Mbeya, Moshi, Dodoma, Singida, Morogoro, Iringa, Kahama, Kigoma, Songea, Njombe, Manyara, Bukoba, Geita, Tabora, Musoma, Arusha, Sumbawanga, Tanga and Shinyanga. Two depots Mwanga and Lindi are in final stages of construction.

POSITION: CONSUMER SALES DRIVERS (GRADUATE TRAINEES)

WORKING STATION: TANZANIA

REQUIREMENTS:

• To ensure safe loading and offloading of Institutional bulk
• Truck as per HSSE’s requirements
• To ensure customers order are delivered in time and in full with zero losses
• To ensure proper management of TAIFA vehicle by checking vehicle services schedule and keeping them clean with regular/day-to-day maintenance checks including checkoil, water, fuel, battery, brakes,tires, etc Working under pressure and ensure flexibility in servicing customers account
• Establish good working relationship with a team for success of your responsibilities
• Ensure regular reconciliation of the LPG stock transferred from the Filling station to customer Participate fully in all activities related to sales, promotion and advertising if need be
