About the Role 

Confo Tech International Limited is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven  individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. The selected candidates will support our  business expansion by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies and product  visibility across markets. 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related  field 
• Experienced Certificate holders in sales, marketing, or business fields are also  encouraged to apply. 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Strong command of both English and Swahili 
• Valid driving license is an added advantage 
• Age: 22 – 35 years preferred 
• Clean personal and professional record 

Key Skills & Competencies 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets 
• Integrity, discipline, and high professionalism 
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills 
• Self-motivated, organized, and a team player 
• Awareness of digital Sales and marketing trends is a bonus 

Key Responsibilities 

• Identify and engage new distributors, clients, and retail partners 
• Promote and sell company products via fieldwork, phone calls, and online platforms
• Implement brand campaigns and marketing activations 
• Gather and report market insights and customer feedback 
• Maintain strong customer relationships 
• Submit regular sales reports and meet assigned targets 
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and public events

Experience 

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing roles is preferred 
• However, motivated fresh graduates and certificate holders who demonstrate potential  and commitment are strongly encouraged to apply 
• Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or retail sectors is a plus
