Exciting Career Opportunity: Collaborative Content Officer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Collaborative Content Officer to join our Marketing team in Dar es Salaam. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality content across AzamPesa, Sarafu, and AzamPay. You will work closely with our marketing teams to ensure that all content is consistent, on-brand, and effectively communicates our messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content calendars for AzamPay, AzamPesa, and SARAFU.
- Create original content for various platforms, including social media and websites.
- Oversee visual content creation and ensure it aligns with brand guidelines.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and provide direction to the photography and videography teams.
- Review and approve all creative content to maintain high standards of quality.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate production schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation and creative direction.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video production tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
