About the job
You must possess a practical working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, health & safety and fire regulations within a hotel property environment
Possess at least 3 years hotel industry experience in a similar role
Will be strong on managing budget & possess good experience of preparing & managing CAPEX projects
Must have good admin skills including a strong knowledge of Health & Safety record keeping
Possess good management skills for leading a team of Maintenance Engineers across 3 properties
Must be commercially aware, understanding the importance of working within costs & departmental budgets
Must be able to work a variety of shifts when needed
Must be highly guests focused with excellent communication skills
Must be highly organised and be a very hands-on person & well versed in working on their own
Will be an excellent team player whilst having first class attention to detail
