1. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT .

• Must have studied business and marketing (Business administration or BAA Marketing)
• Must have a certificate or original certificates of the subjects studied .
• Must have studied at a government-recognized college.

2. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES .

• Managing the business and ensuring that work is carried out as planned.
• Designing and conducting research on effective management and market follow-up to increase sales in the business.
• Managing and maintaining human resources and existing goods or products to increase the efficiency of work in the business.
• Managing the search for new markets/new customers according to technology and current needs.
• Strengthening cooperation between customers and the office to promote business and the market in general (Customers care and relation)
• Providing advice/suggestions to management to improve performance and resolve various office challenges
• Preparing reports/reports on business/sales status and submitting them to the leader.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the leader.

3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.

• Be a Tanzanian.
• Be a FEMALE (female)
• Have a Degree/diploma and original certificates (including birth certificate)
• Be not less than 25 years old and not more than 40 years old.
