About the Role

Bolt is seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to join the Bolt Business team in Tanzania. This role is responsible for driving corporate revenue growth by targeting, pitching, and securing corporate accounts across small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—prospecting, cold outreach, client presentations, contract negotiations, and account closing.

• Strategy & Growth: Formulate outreach strategies to hit targets and optimize sales performance using data analytics and CRM tools (Salesforce).

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gather market insights and partner with product development teams to adapt solutions to client requirements.

• Market Expansion: Analyze market trends and identify strategic opportunities to increase Bolt Business’s footprint in Tanzania.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling services to SMEs and mid-market organizations.

• Proven history of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.

• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and analytical data interpretation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swahili and English.
