Position: Business Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the business department in collecting ，organizing ，and analyzing credit marketing data，including industry trends，competitor information ，and customer demands，to provide support and reference for credit decision-making.
2. Participate in the preparation of credit market research reports and analyses, providing market insights and recommendations to management, and helping optimize the positioning and promotion strategies of credit products or services.
3. Track the latest development in credit market laws, regulations, and policies, and promptly communicate important information that may impact credit business to relevant teams
4. Assist in manger sales data and performance indicators related to credit business, tracking business progress, and providing relevant reports
5. Participate in customer satisfaction surveys and collect market feedback, analyze feedback data, and propose improvement suggestions

7. Collaborate with internal departments and teams to ensure close alignment between market research and business strategies .

Job requirement:

Accept candidates without prior financial or work experience but must be proficient in Chinese and have strong resilience.
Attention to detail, meticulousness, and a high focus on accuracy。

Strong data analysis and report writing skills, proficient in using Excel and other office software。
Familiar with market research methods and techniques, prior experience in market research or related field is an advantage。
