Job Functions
- Ensure monthly branches portfolio growth
- Provide leadership and guidance to the branch teams
- Achievement and maintain branch targets
- Ensure continuous and thorough training of branch employees reports from all branches
Job Qualification & skills
- Diploma in Business Administration or any Business related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in sale
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Good problem analysis and solving skills
- Ability to coach, lead and manage a team
- Achievement of Sales target
- Possess analytical, Good communication, and reporting skills
Work station: Dar es Salaam( TAZARA )
