We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Base Operations Manager to oversee our balloon safari operations. The Base Operations Manager will play a key role in managing day-to-day activities, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum Diploma in related field
- Experience of 2 years in tourism industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
