About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and execution of diverse building projects. While the role covers a variety of structures, experience in commercial and industrial building projects will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs from concept to completion for various projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical guidance during construction phases.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, budget constraints, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with commercial and industrial building projects (added advantage).
- Knowledge of green building and sustainable design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
