About the Role

AML Finance Limited is seeking an experienced, growth-oriented Relationship Manager to drive our corporate and commercial lending operations. The successful candidate will leverage established business networks to acquire new clients, structure tailored credit solutions, and manage a healthy, profitable loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio & Client Management: Proactively source, onboard, and retain commercial borrowing clients to expand the institution’s lending portfolio.

• Credit Structuring & Deal Closing: Assess client financial needs, structure appropriate credit facilities, and negotiate loan terms in alignment with credit risk guidelines.

• Portfolio Monitoring & Recovery: Monitor loan performance, enforce credit documentation and collateral compliance, and manage active collections and recoveries.

• Market Expansion: Utilize existing market networks and industry insights to consistently achieve revenue and growth targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of proven experience in commercial/business lending and portfolio management within a regulated financial institution.

• Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue targets, credit evaluation, and deal structuring.

• Strong expertise in credit documentation, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring.

• Superior negotiation, presentation, and strategic report-writing skills.
