POSITION: AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY SPARE PARTS OFFICER (1)

Responsible for managing and issuing spare parts, maintaining stock records, and supporting technicians and customers to ensure smooth operation of agricultural machinery services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   

1. Manage and control agricultural machinery spare parts
2. Receive, store, and issue spare parts accurately
3. Maintain proper stock records and inventory control
4. Advise customers and technicians on correct spare parts
5. Monitor stock levels and report shortages on time
6. Work closely with technicians and sales teams
7. Ensure proper storage and organization of spare parts

QUALIFICATIONS   

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Automotive, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in spare parts management (agricultural machinery preferred)
• Good knowledge of tractors and agricultural equipment
• Honest, responsible, and well-organized
• Good communication and customer service skills.

LOCATION: ARUSHA, TANZANIA 

DURATION: (FULL TIME)
