AFTER SALES CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE.

On behalf of our esteemed Client, who is a leading provider of high-quality tractors, committed to delivering innovative solutions to our customers. With a rich history and a strong reputation in the market. We are seeking an experienced After Sales Customer Care Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a background in the tractor sales industry, providing exceptional post-sales support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities of After Sales Customer Care Executive;

  • Customer Support, Act as the primary point of contact for customer’s post-sales, address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns and issues promptly. Provide guidance on product usage, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Technical Assistance, collaborate with technical teams to provide comprehensive support for tractor-related technical queries and coordinate service requests and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Order Management, manage post-sales processes, including order tracking, delivery coordination and ensuring customer satisfaction with delivered products.
  • Documentation and Reporting, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transaction and feedback. Generate reports to analyze customer trends and suggest improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement, collaborate with the sales and product development teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product and service improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to enhance our after-sales support strategies.
  • Retention Strategies, develop and implement strategies to retain customers.
  • Training and Support, to provide training and support to customers on product usage, features and best practices.
  • Sales analytics and reporting’s, analyze post-sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales team, collaborate with the sales team to share insights from customer interactions

Qualifications;

  • Minimum three of experience in After Sales Customer Care within the tractor sales industry.
  • Strong understanding of tractor functionality, maintenance and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
