ACCOUNTANT – MOROGORO & DAR ES SALAAM

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Tanzanian tax regulations and financial policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Assist in audits and provide data for management decisions.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T) accreditation required.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in microfinance, banking, or corporate settings.
• Proficient in accounting and finance software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
