We are looking for a motivated and skilled Accountant to join our team and support all aspects of financial management and monitoring organizations funds with a view to ensuring a transparent and efficient financial management system for the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage financial transactions including accounts payable/receivables, payroll and budgeting.
• Prepare accurate financial report statements and analyses for management.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and follow up with the bank on any issues requiring follow up.
• Control expenditure to ensure efficient management of resources aligning with approved budget allocations.
• Prepare financial reports and documentations.
• Manage payments, transactions and other financial activities.
• Cash management, obtain and report bank statement periodically.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, software, attention to detail, analytical thinking and excellent organizations skills.
• A strong understanding of Accounting systems and processes.
