Responsibilities

Develop communication plans and proposals as directed by the management
Support the management with new business development and acquisition plans
Ensure Clients requests and tasks are delivered on time
Ensure we meet contractual obligations from our clients
Ensure projects are billed on time and in full
Manage and guide a team of 6 to achieve their KPIs
Track and report performance of the team against their KPIs and daily roles and responsibilities
Work with the team to brainstorm, strategize and put together proposals for various clients

Must have worked in any of these fields for not less than 4 years (Communications, PR, Marketing, Advertising).
Having worked in an Advertising or PR Agency for more than 2 years (in any position) will be an added advantage
Must have led a team of more than 4 people in any of the above capacity
Must be a holder of Bachelor’s Degree (any field)
Must demonstrate a clear understanding of formulating communication strategy
Good leadership and management skills
Good presentation skills (verbal and written)
Excellent communicator who can have business led discussions with clients
Proficient with power point and excel
