Location Morogoro, Songwe, Rukwa, Katavi, Mwanza, Kilimanjaro, Manyara, Arusha & Singida
Duties & Responsibility
- Stock and Financial management of Depot
- Responsible to achieving business plan and activities Manage the Agro Dealer, AMCOs, Big Farmers (Plantations)
- Selection and appointment of Agro
- Dealers and other channels Regular presence at Depot and focus on development activities Commercial & institutional farmers visit and support them
- Plan and oversee the depot stock & performance tracking of Depot’s daily, weekly, monthly and final annual outcome
- Co-ordinate with extension officers to promote the MMFL products Alignment with Seed and Agchem companies to support farmers
- Executing Agronomic activity of the assigned depot and regions
- Executing and monitoring of Branding and Marketing Disciplined reporting
Qualification/ Education Degree in Agricultural Sciences and Qualification in Sales and Marketing Holding a valid driving license for Motorcycle
Experience Minimum 5 Year experience in Agri input Sales, Marketing & Business Development in Tanzania, Fertilizers (Crop Nutrition) experience would be preferred)
Remuneration Competitive remuneration as per industry
