The OPPLE Lighting is the International top brand and a leading lighting brand in China. We are dealing with Light fitting business in Tanzania and we are the sole distributor of OPPLE Lighting in Tanzania. As we are still expanding our business in Tanzania, we are looking for someone who is experienced and working-hard marketing officer, Graphic designer and Online marketing to join with us together.
1: Job Title: Marketing Officers (5posts)
Responsibilities.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Qualification Requirement.
- Ordinary diploma in marketing or any sales related discipline. Bachelor degree and experience in sales will be an added advantantage.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
2.Job Title: Online Marketing Officers (2posts)
Responsibilities.
- The use of email to promote products or services while developing relationships with potential customers or clients.
- Updating social media platforms
- Work with graphic designers to design brochures, banners and other advertising material
- Managing the creation and delivery of marketing strategies.
Requirement Qualifications:
- Ordinary diploma in marketing or any sales related discipline
- Bachelor degree and experience in sales will be an added advantantage.
- Experience working in Online Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of computer is very essential.
3.Job Title: Social media designer (1post)
Responsibilities:
- Develop a marketing plan
- Create digital content (photos and short videos) for social media
- Design promotions
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
Requirement Qualifications:
- Ordinary diploma in marketing, sales related discipline or IT.
- Bachelor degree and experience in sales will be an added advantantage.
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Time-management skills
