1. Job Position: Sales Supervisors (5)

Location: Dar Es Salaam & Dodoma 

Key Responsibilities will include: 

• Meeting planned sales goals. 
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. 
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. 
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. 
• The ongoing training of your salespeople. 
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge  education. 
• Promoting the organization and products. 
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.  

Qualifications: 

• 2+ year of experience in sales industry. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Public Relations or any related field.

Location: Dar Es Salaam 

Key Responsibilities will include: 

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries. 
• Communicating with customers through various channels. 
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. 
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

4. Position: Accountant (5)

Location: Dar Es Salaam 

Key Responsibilities will include: 

• Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements in compliance with local accounting  standards. 
• Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records using advanced accounting software. 
• Ensure punctual and accurate filing of tax returns, adhering to Tanzanian tax regulations. 
• Assist in the formulation of budgets and financial forecasts to guide strategic decisions.  Monitor and control expenses, identifying and recommending cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Below 28 years old.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent ability to read, write and speak English language fluently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Position: Export Documentation Officer (3)

Location: Dar Es Salaam 

Key Responsibilities will include: 

• Generate and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading,  and certificates of origin, to ensure accuracy and compliance with international regulations. • Stay updated on Tanzanian and international customs regulations to ensure all export  activities adhere to legal requirements. 
• Collaborate with customs officials and freight forwarders to resolve any issues related to  documentation or shipment clearance. 
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to gather necessary  information for documentation. 
• Communicate with international customers and authorities to address inquiries and resolve  documentation-related issues. 
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all export documentation, ensuring  accessibility for audits and reference. 
• Conduct regular audits of export documents to identify and rectify errors, ensuring the  accuracy and completeness of each shipment. 

Qualifications: 

• Female candidates are preferred. 
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transport management, or a related field. • Proven experience in export documentation and customs procedures. 
• Familiarity with Tanzanian and international trade regulations. 
• Not more than 30 years of age. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate  with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

6. Position: Warehouse Supervisors (5)

Location: Dar Es Salaam 

Key Responsibilities will include: 

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient utilization of space and  resources. 
• Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to achieve  performance goals. 
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to track and manage stock levels. • Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with relevant teams to reconcile discrepancies. • Enforce quality standards for incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring compliance with  company policies. 
• Promote and enforce safety protocols within the warehouse, adhering to Tanzanian  occupational health and safety regulations. 
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all warehouse activities, including shipping,  receiving, and inventory transactions. 

Qualifications: 

• Male candidates are preferred. 
• Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education or certifications in logistics or  warehouse management is a plus. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. 
• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar role. 
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes. • Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects, as well as standing for extended periods. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

7. Position: Office Drivers (2)

Location: Dar Es Salaam 

Key Responsibilities will include: 

• Safely and responsibly transport company personnel, documents, and goods to specified  locations within Dar Es Salaam. 
• Conduct routine checks on the assigned vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. • Report any maintenance issues promptly. 
• Strictly adhere to Tanzanian traffic laws and regulations at all times. 
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, including mileage, fuel consumption, and  maintenance activities. 
• Manage time efficiently to ensure punctual arrival at scheduled destinations. • Have a good knowledge of the roads and routes in Dar Es Salaam to optimize travel time  and avoid delays. 

Qualifications: 

• Male candidates are preferred. 
• Valid driving license with atleast classes A, B, and D. 
• Not older than 25 years. 
• Atleast form 4 education. 
• Familiarity with Dar Es Salaam city and its surrounding areas. 
• Good communication skills in English and/or Swahili.
