The Benjamin William Mkapa Foundation (BMF Vacancies) is a Trust, a non profit organization committed to building resilient and sustainable healthcare provision systems, particularly in underserved communities. The core mission of BMF is to supplement and complement the development eff orts of the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania. BMF Tanzania Vacancies was founded by the Former President of the United Republic of Tanzania, the Late Benjamin William Mkapa, to contribute to a healthier, more prosperous, inclusive, and resilient society. We contribute to reduction of shortage of skilled health workers through evidence-based allocation of HRH. BMF has been granted an award by Henry Jackson Medical Research International, Inc. Tanzania (HJFMRI Tanzania) through its U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) to support management of non-clinical Human Resource for Health Component under Southern Highland Zone Civilian Project (SHL) implemented in four regions of Rukwa, Katavi, Songwe and Mbeya. Through this award a total of 316 data management staff will be deployed in 231 health facilities to support program activities in the respective regions.
