DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To prepare reconciliation statements;
- To ensure compliance with banking regulations and laws;
- To identify and mitigate risks in banks operations;
- To ensure accurate transaction processing;
- To maintain financial records;
- To open and manage accounts for customers;
- To build and maintain positive client relationships and resolve issues or queries on banking operation;
- To process transactions including deposits, withdraws, transfers and cheque payments;
- To provide inputs in preparation of plan, budget and procurement as may be required
- To provide inputs for preparation of reports as required;
- To provide inputs for development and review of policies and procedures as required; and
- To perform other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration majoring in Banking or Finance or its equivalent from a recognized Institution with at least Upper Second Class.
