Minjingu Mines and Fertilizer Ltd is a leading manufacturer of quality fertilizers in East Africa, MMFL is in process of hiring personnel in various profile to add value and grow in the organization.

Duties & Responsibility

• Build brand awareness through various media outlets and Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns
• Design, print and install posters, Signage, booklets and crop specific fliers
  Identify, engage, coordinate and review campaigns (Radio & TV, documentary productions(farmer success stories)
• Plan sales and advertising campaigns on digital media & in market Research and analyze market trends. Stay up to date on current market trends and monitor competitors act on price and product
• Identify/Find new prospect customers (AMCOS/Commercial farmers/ cooperatives) and engage them in trials and Demos of our products
• Design and oversee ad layouts (Radio, TV)
• Creating marketing strategies for NEW products (Recent fertilizer formulations) according to business plan
• Analyze and advise on the media format (print, television, radio, web, billboard) best suits the assignment
• Formulate Marketing Budgets, Keep track and balance of these budgets
• Negotiate advertising contracts
• Maintain good relationship with existing customers and other stakeholders

Qualification/ Education Bachelor Degree in Marketing & Communication and advertising or Post Graduate candidate will have added preference Holding a valid driving license will be added advantage

Experience Minimum 10 Year experience in Marketing, Product Promotion and Branding in Tanzania,(Agri Input/Fertilizers/Crop Nutrition) experience would be preferred)

Remuneration Competitive remuneration as per industry
