HABILI & CO. LTD (HCL) is a registered company in Tanzania to provide a total solution for heavy Earthmoving eguipment spare parts. Habili and Co Limited is also the Holding company for Habili Parts Limited which deals exclusively with eguipment engine parts as well as Habili Undercarriage Limited which deals exclusively with undercarriage and Ground engaging tools (G.E.T) equipment parts, the company is underway to commence importation, refurbishment and sale of Used equipment in a good working condition. In alignment with the vision and mission of the company HCL is looking for energetic, motivated and self-driven personnel to fill the following posts currently vacant in the company.
WAREHOUSE MANAGER (1 POST)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, pull stock, store, and maintain warehouse inventory
- Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned
- Examine and account for stock following the organization’s policy
- Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo, inventory and items
- Key departmental orders into the inventory management system
- Responsible for the preparation of work orders for equipment repairs
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Key skills for warehouse managers, Good team working skills, Managerial skills, Time management ability,
- Interpersonal skills, Verbal and written communication skills, Logical reasoning, Numerical skills, Technical skills, IT skills.
- Bachelor Degree in Warehouse Management, Procurement, Logistics or any other relevant degree.
- Four(4)years’experience in warehouse management duties in management orsenior position in heavy equipment spare part vending organization
ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT (PAYABLES)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
- Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposesVerify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNT POSTS
- Three (3) years’work experience as an Accountant in heavy equipment spare part vending organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (mastery in excel is a mandatory) or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- Additional certification (CPA) is an added advantage.
SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE (1 POST)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
- Persists in sales even in the face of failure and finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
- Schedules marketing and sales appointments and meetings as necessary
- Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources and trains other salesmen in the art of selling
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Creativity, Demonstrated Experience, Courteous, Basic Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Database Skills, Business, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Target Market
- Analysis, Presentation Skills, Persistent, Flexible.
- Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing, Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration or other relevant degree with 4 years’ experience working in heavy equipment spare part vending organization.
ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT – (2 POSTS)
ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT (RECEIVABLES)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Creates invoices and statements according to company practices and sending to the customers.
- Follow up on standard past-due accounts and collections, to request payment.
SALES TRAINEE – (8 POSTS)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete the training program by learning about sales administration and essential sales functions
Travel with sales representatives in order to learn about the sales process
Practice the company’s sales steps by calling on new accounts and checking in with existing ones
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Motivated to succeed, Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, Understanding of basic business practices, High energy level and excellent customer service skills, Self-Confident, Verbal communication prowess.
Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any recognized University or college in Tanzania
