2. Qatar charity is under no obligation to accept the lowest price of any offer.
3. The last date for submitting bids is before 23:59 on the date of 28th June  2026, and any bid received after this time will not be considered .
4. All personal data submitted in response to this tender will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022 of Tanzania.
