POSITION: PROPERTY MANAGER 

Location: Dodoma 

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of serviced, short-stay furnished apartments in Dodoma.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Coordinate daily housekeeping, laundry, and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure apartments are well maintained and fully equipped at all times
  • Handle guest communication, inquiries, and complaints professionally
  • Monitor bookings, occupancy, and basic records
  • Supervise service providers (cleaners, fundis, security, etc.)
  • Ensure a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Manage basic online presence, including responding to inquiries on booking platforms and maintaining simple social media updates (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook)

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management and/or  hospitality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Based in Dodoma or willing to work on-site
  • Basic IT skills, including:
    • Use of smartphones and WhatsApp Business
    • Managing online bookings and messages
    • Posting simple updates on social media platforms
