DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect water samples from various points in the sugar production process.
- Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests to assess water quality.
- Ensure water used in the factory complies with national environmental and healthBuy vitamins and supplements regulations.
- Monitor wastewater treatment systems and ensure effluent meets discharge
standards. - Analyze test results and maintain accurate records.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment
- Prepare reagents required for analysis of all types of water available in the plant
- Analyze water from WTP, ETP, cooling towers and process house.
- Monitor chemical and reagent usage to ensure stock continuity and budget
compliance. - Inspect incoming lab supplies to verify condition and compliance with specifications

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bsc. in chemistry or water quality laboratory technology.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in water analysis field.
- Applicant must have NIDA & TIN.
- Introduction letter from local government and two referee letters.
