Job Title: Security Guards 

Location: Dar es salaam 

We are seeking vigilant and professional Security Guards to join our team. The successful  candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring  premises, and ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Patrol designated areas to prevent theft, violence, and other criminal activities. 2. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems 
2. Conduct security checks and inspections 
3. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies 
4. Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities. 
5. Enforce company policies and safety procedures. 

QUALIFICATIONS  

1. Must be a Tanzanian 
2. Form IV Certificate as a minimum requirement 
3. Must have under gone through JKT or Militia training preferred 
4. Excellent observational and communication skills 
5. Ability to remain calm or alert in stressful situations  
6. Good knowledge of security practices not less than 1-2 years of experience in a  similar function. 
7. Self-disciplined
8.  Must be a resident of Dar es salaam
