• Minimum education: College certificate/ordinary diploma in a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in sales and customer care services
• Sales knowledge and experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Conversant with stock management
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to handle pressure
• High level of discipline and trustworthiness
• Clean criminal record
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations
