Job Functions

• Ensure monthly branches portfolio growth
• Provide leadership and guidance to the branch teams
• Achievement and maintain branch targets
• Ensure continuous and thorough training of branch employees reports from all branches

Job Qualification & skills

• Diploma in Business Administration or any Business related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in sale
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Good problem analysis and solving skills
• Ability to coach, lead and manage a team
• Achievement of Sales target
• Possess analytical, Good communication, and reporting skills

Work station: Dar es Salaam( TAZARA )
