Job Description
Be the first design-specific recruit on our team — build the processes you want, with the tools you like using!
Help collect, understand, and visualize customer needs through interviews, prototypes, workshops, and research.
Work with current and future customers to create great UX that effectively solve problems we’ve chosen to work on.
Work closely with Engineering and PM to make sure the right things ship.
Knowledge and Experience
At least 5+ years of experience building amazing products (tell us about it).
A proven track record of building new products (or big features) in a leadership role.
Well thought through opinions on building effective design systems.
Stellar communication skills — you’ll be working with lots of stakeholders.
Extremely detail oriented.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus points if you have an understanding of how B2B businesses operate.
