WEST SECURITY SERVICES LTD is seeking a results-driven and energetic Sales Representative to expand our client base and promote our security solutions across the region. We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the security industry.

Job Overview

• Education: Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales or business development

• Age Requirement: Above 25 years

• Location: Dar es Salaam

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential corporate and residential clients to sell guarding and electronic security services.

• Sales Presentations: Conduct site visits and deliver professional presentations to explain our security products and service packages.

• Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.

• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and encourage referrals.

• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking targets and conversion rates for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related field.

• Experience: At least 3 years of active sales experience (experience in the security or service industry is highly preferred).

• Age: Must be over 25 years old.

• Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and “closing” skills.

  • Excellent networking and interpersonal abilities.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to meet targets.

  • Fluent in Swahili and English.
