We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team and lead our financial operations. This role is critical in ensuring the financial health of the company and supporting our strategic goals.

Job Description:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. You will work closely with senior management to provide insights and recommendations that will shape the company’s financial strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Manage the preparation of annual budgets and monitor financial performance against budgetary goals.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.
• Work closely with auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and management across the organization.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A CPA, or MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the security or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Tally, Excel, and other financial management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
