Management and development of drivers and transport team.
Management of the scheduling and planning of the transport operation, ensuring vehicle utilization is maximized.
Budget/Cost Management.
Compliance with company and local statutory obligations regarding working time legislation, operator licensing,
Health & Safety and quality.
Ensure effective communication processes are established and maintained for both external/internal customers.
Vendor relationship Management.
Preparation of KPI’s, fleet profile report, driver debrief.
Operational continuous improvement.
Fleet Management and maintenance.

Qualifications:

University Degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Transport Management.
Fleet Management.
Risk Management Knowledge.
3-5 years of experience
