We are now looking for another team mate to join us in HQ Office as Training Center Manager.

Training Center Manager should have an engineering background with high personal and presenting skills as he/she will be the one who is presenting and teaching in almost 100% of his/her time.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Responsible for Knauf Tanzania & Knauf Kenya Training Centre administration and reporting.
  • Instructing Knauf systems inside and outside Knauf Training Center.
  • Achieve the annual target to train certain number of participants in the training center.
  • Ensure the Training Centre has all the necessary facilities i.e., tools, equipment’s and furnishings required to deliver trainings successfully.
  • Recruit board Installers and plaster applicators and create a separate database for them for continuous engagement.
  • Responsible for the mobile training (Van) if any.
  • Surveying for new collaboration agreements and protocols with schools and universities.
  • Provide training to the newcomers of the commercial team and other new joiners in the company.
  • Train the trainers from the Non Knauf training centers (collaborative training centers), private or governmental sectors.
  • Responsible for the theoretical and practical part in the training sessions.
  • Responsible for organizing and hold seminars and events outside Knauf Academies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and the sales teams to choose the suitable training sessions according to the market requirements.
  • Enhance training curriculums to be suitable with the market segments and requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales team to facilitates some collaborative tasks as (site inspection, preparing onsite samples and mock-ups, technical support for project sales team, etc.).
  • Generate new leads/opportunities from the participants.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team in offline campaigns and workshops.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to attract trainees from all target segments.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ working experience with Engineering background (Civil or Architecture Major).
  • High personal, presenting and teaching skills with sales sense.
  • Communicative, a relationship building character and a perfect negotiator.
  • Perfect written and spoken English.
  • Good in content creation, curriculum development and presentation preparation.
  • Technical background is required.
