TRA SACCOS LTD Job Vacancies, 5 Positions — September 2026

TRA SACCOS LTD has announced five (5) job vacancies based in Dar es Salaam under permanent and pensionable terms.

1. Accountant I (1 Post)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting or Finance (Upper Second Class or higher).
Professional Certification: CPA (T) or equivalent is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
Age Limit: 28 – 35 years.
Key Role: Manage electronic banking reconciliations, core banking entries, financial statements, and compliance.

2. Human Resources and Administration Officer I (1 Post)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Public Administration, or related field (Upper Second Class or higher).
Experience: Minimum 4 years of HR management experience.
Age Limit: 28 – 35 years.
Key Role: Coordinate recruitment, contract management, labor law compliance, performance reviews, and HRIS operation.

3. Member’s Services and Marketing Officer I (1 Post)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (Upper Second Class or higher).
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or customer service.
Age Limit: 28 – 35 years.
Key Role: Support member engagement, resolve issues, maintain member records, and promote SACCOS products.

4. Credit Officer II (1 Post)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, or Business Administration (Upper Second Class or higher).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
Age Limit: 25 – 30 years.
Key Role: Evaluate loan applications, monitor repayments, perform credit risk assessments, and assist in loan recovery.

5. System Programming and Database Officer I (1 Post)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Upper Second Class or higher).
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in database and system administration.
Professional Certifications: CCNA, CISSP, CEH, CISA, OCA, or CompTIA Security (and programming proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or Go) are added advantages.
Age Limit: 28 – 35 years.
Key Role: Manage databases, back updates, system security, and develop secure web/desktop applications.
