CREDIT MANAGER
- Bachelor degree in finance, Business Administration,
- A minimum of 3 years or above experience in a
- Marketing, Technology, or other related field.
- Banking, Finance services, product management.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategic direction of Loans and Savings products, including new product
scoping, design, development and management and understanding of
partners relationship & needs. - Oversee the end-to-end management of product attributes, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Conduct regular analysis of market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance product usage, drive revenue growth, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory
bodies, to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. - Streamline operational processes, controls, implement best practices to improve
efficiency and scalability.
