Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Generate business by persuading doctors from Hospitals/Clinics, local Laboratories, and other relevant healthcare professionals, promoting Thyrocare Franchisee.
  • Create brand visibility by maintaining good business relationships with target customers.
  • Ensure operational compliances such as price & discounts integration, Logistic integration, Sales & Marketing integration, and productivity.
  • Responsible for revenue growth by visiting doctors and local Pathological labs by collaborating with them.
  • Ensuring all required reports are submitted as per Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Support internal & External client requirements.
  • Ensure trade best practices and sales discipline and time management.
  • Stay up to date with new industry developments and create specific marketing strategies.
  • Focus on new initiatives and competition tracking.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1+ year of proven experience in the Medical/Healthcare Industry.
  • Excellent networking abilities with a good connection to doctors and healthcare professionals in Dar Es Salaam.
  • Experience in field sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and develop strategic marketing initiatives.
