TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
PURCHASE AND MOUNTING OF TRACTOR TYPE SWARAJ 744FE XT 2WD 4*
1. INTRODUCTION
Arusha Co-operative Union is registered in accordance with the Cooperative Law No. 6 of 2013 and its regulations of 2015 for registration with AFF ARS-CC-2023-51, and it does its work fairly, transparently and equitably.
2. Arusha Co-operative Union invites Bidders within Arusha Region and outside Arusha who are able to sell SWARAJ 744FE XT 2WD 4* TRACTOR, Trailer with Plow (with tender number (ACU/2024) /2025/G/29).
3. Interested bidders/companies are requested to submit a duly completed and signed bid and attach the following documents as evaluation criteria;
- Evidence of company registration and permission to do business for the sale and tractor assembling.
- TIN and VAT registration certificate
- Active and valid business license.
- Security bond
- Security declaration
- More than three years of Trecta sales and installation business experience.
- Evidence of the presence of expert professionals in Tractor installation
4. In addition to carrying out the responsibilities of the institution, Arusha Co-operative Union (ACU LIMITED) conducts its work in accordance with the Laws governing Cooperatives as well as the Laws of the State. Therefore, everyone who sends should consider all the legal procedures that a bidder must follow, so everyone who sends a bid request should attach items as shown in the flow above.
