Silverleaf Academy Fellowship Program – Talent Academy 2024
In 2024, Silverleaf Academy launched the Talent Academy Fellowship Program with the goal of training certified teachers in the Silverleaf model. Through this program, teachers received hands-on training, co-taught in classrooms, and gained valuable experience in our innovative teaching approach.
We are proud to have trained 61 teachers in 2024, with 36 successfully hired as full-time educators.
As we continue to grow and expand the Silverleaf promise across Tanzania, we remain committed to developing the next generation of Silverleaf teachers.
For 2025, we are excited to offer an expanded 6-month teacher fellowship and successful graduates will have the opportunity to be considered for full-time employment at one of our Silverleaf Academy campuses.
Qualifications:
- Certified teacher: Montessori, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Education
0-4 years of teaching experience (Preferred).
Roles and Responsibilities of the Fellow
- Report and remain at the fellowship station for the full fellowship period.
- Adhere to the Host Organization’s work policies, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of all internal matters related to SilverLeaf Academy.
- Sign daily attendance/verification as directed by the Host Organization.
- Cater for all personal expenses not covered by the Host Organization (travel, medical, etc.).
- Perform all duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure proper handover of equipment/tools and materials belonging to the Host Organization at the end of the fellowship.
- Remain at the place of work during working hours and in accordance with the Host Organization’s working policies.

Stage 1 Application and Upload Resume- by EOD Thursday, 14 March
Notification if you have made it to the final interview day- by EOD Monday, 18 March
In person interview day- Monday, 25 March
Notification of application and offer letters- Thursday, 28 March
Fellowship Move In Day and Welcome- Friday, 5 April
Fellowship Start Date- Monday, 8 April
